These terms govern use of the Gegamo Contact service. They supplement the policies at gegamo.xyz/legal.
Accounts and requests
Provide accurate account and ticket information. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, misleading, or sensitive information that is not needed to resolve your request.
Support communications
Ticket updates are delivered to your dashboard and may also be emailed to you. Email replies are not monitored and do not update a ticket; use the dashboard to respond.
Service administration
Gegamo may limit misuse, close resolved tickets, or suspend access that threatens the service or other users. These terms should be reviewed and approved by Gegamo's legal owner before production launch.
